1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using The AV Index, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

The AV Index provides market intelligence, data synthesis, and automated analysis regarding the autonomous vehicle industry. While we strive to ensure the accuracy of the data presented, the information is largely aggregated from public sources and analyzed by artificial intelligence.

3. Account Registration & Security

Certain features (such as "AI Scout" and "Bookmarks") require you to create an account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Usage Limits and "Scout Credits"

The AV Index utilizes generative mechanisms that incur compute costs. As such, usage limits ("Scout Credits") are enforced based on your account tier. Attempting to bypass these limits, scrape the private directories, or abuse the API may result in immediate account termination.

5. Intellectual Property

The data visualizations, proprietary "Maturity Level" ranking algorithms, UI designs, and aggregated intelligence reports are the intellectual property of The AV Index. You may not scrape, redistribute, or sell the data provided without explicit permission.

6. AI Scout Requests (Private Profiles)

When a user utilizes AI Scout, the system generates a private company profile. By submitting a URL, you grant us the right to index that public company's data. Note that The AV Index Administrators reserve the right to review, modify, or publish these auto-generated profiles to the public directory at their sole discretion.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the courts of Valencia, Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
